Refund and Cancellation Policy
Definitions
The term "website" refers to www.simhas.in.
The terms "seller", "trader", "us", "website", "we", "business" refer to SIMHAS SPICES AND HERBALS, the party which sells the products on the platform.
The terms "customer", "buyer", "you" refer to the PERSON who, or the ENTITY which, places the order on the website.
The terms "consignment", "parcel" refer to the box, bag or any other container which is used for bundling of the ordered items for the purpose of ease of transportation and delivery of the items in the order.
Return of Products by the customer
We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered package or wrong product.
These are strictly subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 72 hours from the time of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition (i.e., as it is delivered).
Important onus on the customer
The customer ensures the following conditions are met:
- In case of the outer container of the consignment(s) (such as the box, courier cover etc.) is damaged, the package must NOT to be accepted.
For the purpose of clarification, signing on the POD slip/screen or courier DRS while taking the delivery means the receiver confirming to the courier company that the concerned package was delivered the proper condition. - In case of the is any damage to the inner container of the products (such as packaging cover, container, bottle etc.), the customer shall not consume any material and returns the material as received.
- In case of defect in the supplied material, the defect shall be brought to our attention as soon as it is found. While returning, net weight of the material shall be at least 95% of the supplies made during the forward supply.
- During the return process, the customer provides adequate cushioning and packaging for the safe delivery of the returned materials. Any cost of loss and/or damages happened during the return transport due to inadequate packaging shall be borne by the customer.
Therefore, it is recommended for the customer to keep the original packing materials safe at least for the first few days.
30 days replacement conditions
Simha’s Spices & Herbals offers
30 days replacement guarantee for all products sold on www.simhas.in,
under certain conditions which are mentioned below. Customers will notify us of
any damage or defect within 72 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of
the products, in case customer fails to inform Simha’s Spices & Herbals
within the stipulated time frame, Simha’s Spices & Herbals reserves the
right to accept or reject such request at its discretion. Simha’s Spices &
Herbals will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra
cost.
Simha’s Spices & Herbals will try
to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the
right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of
stock/production.
Changes and Cancellation
Any item additions, quantity changes
or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order
details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and
quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without
liability, cancel – or delay - any accepted order before shipment if our
credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems
with the payment mode selected by you.
Refund
If any orders are cancelled by you
after procurement, but before being shipped by Simha’s Spices & Herbals,
then Simha’s Spices & Herbals will issue a complete refund without holding
any of your money. Our payment processing partners may charge, solely at their
discretion.
In case of delivery failure, caused
by receiver's availability including, but not limited to, door closure,
wrong address, rejection of untampered consignment etc., money will be refunded
cutting off the shipping charges. Customers with fair history will be exempted
from this charge.
In case of approval of refund, then
refund process will be initiated within 2 business days. Normally the money
will be credited back to the account in 7-15 days. Payment method will be the
method in which the customer makes the payment to us - excluding collection
charges in case of payment was made by cheque.
Differences in Shipping Charges
If the destination area of an order
out of the service coverage area of our delivery partner, we will send by
IndiaPost as a Registered Parcel or Express Parcel. As we are unable to refund
partial amount of the transaction, the difference in the shipping charges
will be refunded the customer in the form of store credits, which doesn't have
any expiry date.
